FORMER Towie star James Lock revealed his 'new face' after surgery to fix his nose and eyes.
He took part in The Challenge UK alongside the likes of Curtis Pritchard, Kaz Crossley and Callum Izzard where he sustained serious facial injuries.
James, 37, took to Instagram with a lengthy post as he gave fans a behind-the-scenes insight into his recovery.
He previously revealed that he fractured both his eyes and nose after he was involved in an accident on the MTV show.
But now, he reflected on the time he spent away from the cameras after he took off the bandages.
The star captioned the album: "Surgery dump so far! Swipe to see what my face looked like before and parts of my journey 🙌🏼."

He then listed what was happening in all the snaps whilst he helped recovered from his experiences on the popular endurance format.
The star posted a selfie as he donned a low-key black cap and a zip-up hoodie as his nose was bandaged up after he was given the 'green light' to fly home after his surgery.
He admitted he got to recover in a private room in hospital watching the football before he made his way over to an exclusive recovery villa.
This was before he posted a clip of his modern and well appointed hospital room which included luxuries such as a plush leather sofa for any potential visitors.
The former Towie legend thanked the 'best nurses' who were "always on hand to help".
He even gave fans an insight into the food he ate whilst in recovery which included grilled chicken breast and broccoli.
The TV personality then decided to include two selfies which showed the immediate aftermath of the surgery with his swollen face, followed by a similar shot two weeks later with significant healing.
