MICHELLE Keegan has revealed how the negative aspects of fame have even impacted her rarely-seen mum, Jackie.
In a candid chat with presenter Fearne Cotton, the former Coronation Street actress detailed just how other peoples opinions have affected her personal life.
Starring on Fearne's Youtube channel, dubbed: "Fearne Cotton's Happy Place," Michelle sat down for an titled "Michelle Keegan: Imposter Syndrome, boundaries, and puzzles."
Whilst opening up about her struggles with Imposter Syndrome that have surrounded her career, Michelle also explained that negative comments in the media have also impacted her mum, Jackie.
Talking of the hurtful comments she said: "When it affects my family, that's when it's hurtful."
She went on to explain that due to the comments her mum even refuses to be seen with Michelle after stepping out together.

Michelle continued: "I remember once I stepped out of a restaurant with my mum and we got pictured and I remember my mum reading the article and she read the comments.
"That really affected my mum, really bad. Now, she won't walk out of restaurants with me, because of that reason."
Michelle, 36, has recently depicted Maya Stern in the eight-part Netflix drama, Fool Me Once, which is an adaption of author Harlan Coben's 2016 novel with the same name.
The star's husband and TV personality Mark Wright, who she tied the knot with in 2015, has revealed his reaction to the show.

Speaking on his radio show, Mark Wright on Saturdays, he said: "I can't tell you how many people have texted me about Fool Me Once... my wife's new Netflix show if you haven't seen it, I'm not being biased.
"It really is incredible. Everybody in the world seems to be watching my wife on Netflix at the moment."
He went on to gush: "I turned to my left to tell my wife how much I loved it and how proud I was and yeah, I broke down I got a lump in my throat I did cry like a little bit of soppy, but I think it was just that moment of watching my wife on the screen.
"And just finding her absolutely impeccable what she does, she works so hard to get to where she's got to … seems that people are loving it."
