ORIGINAL Gladiators star Kim Betts has shown off her incredible abs and insisted "you can still look as good as you did in your 20s".
Kim shot to fame as Lightning on in 1992 and stuck around for eight series.
She's now 53 but it's clear keeping in shape is still as important to her.
Now a grandmother, Kim regularly shares inspirational fitness posts on Instagram - encouraging followers to stay in shape at every age.
Alongside a recent post flaunting her age-defying figure, Kim wrote: "Me today…. A 53yr old grandma.
"It’s irrelevant how many children you’ve given birth to.. It really doesn’t matter how old you are… You can STILL look as good as you did in your 20’s! Or EVEN BETTER!"
