Olly Murs drops HUGE hint he’s secretly a Masked Singer character – as he joins judging panel this weekend
OLLY Murs has dropped a huge hint he's one of the characters taking part in this year's Masked Singer.
The pop star, 39, will step in for Masked Singer judge Rita Ora on Saturday night's show but he's teased viewers could be in for a big surprise.
Speaking to The Sun ahead of his appearance, Olly hinted that him filling in Rita could be a cover up to keep fans guessing.
He said: "I've got to say, in all the years I've watched Masked Singer I think my name has been mentioned at least once each series!
"So I think at least this series they can rule me out! Or maybe I'm double bluffing people!"
Despite being a judge on The Voice for six years before he was brutally axed last year, Olly admitted he was still feeling nervous about taking a seat next Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Jonathan Ross on The Masked Singer.

Revealing that he's even turned to host Joel Dommett for advice, Olly continued: "I think being in the chair is going to be a whole different level.
"I've already text Joel and been like, 'Joel, I've been really chilled about this whole thing for the last couple of weeks but now I'm really s******* a brick about it!' He said, 'all you need is a list of names, you'll be alright'."
Meanwhile Rita's disappearance has sparked suspicion among viewers.
After it was announced Olly would be taking her seat temporarily, some took to social media to claim Rita might be participating as a contestant on the show.
