Who is presenting Dancing On Ice 2024?

Holly Willoughby and Stephen Mulhern are presenting the 2024 series of Dancing On Ice.

Stephen, known for hosting Catchphrase and Britain's Got More Talent, has replaced Phillip Schofield on the ITV skating series.

Schofield stepped down from his role on Dancing on Ice in May 2023.

He had hosted the show since the show first started in 2006 but, shortly after quitting This Morning, he announced that he was leaving all his duties with ITV, including DOI.

Willoughby and Mulhern have worked together before, having both presented on children's show Ministry Of Mayhem in the early 2000s.

The TV stars got their big breaks on the CITV series, which ran from 2004 - 2006.

It was later renamed as Holly and Stephen's Saturday Showdown but was cancelled shortly after, with both stars going on to become household names.

Ahead of their on-screen reunion, Mulhern paid tribute to his Dancing On Ice 2024 co-host.

Taking to Instagram just a few days before the show's return on January 14, Mulhern shared a clip from the first-ever episode of Ministry of Mayhem.

He captioned the video: "Unbelievably, the first ever Ministry of Mayhem aired 20 years ago TODAY!

"I loved the years doing this with @hollywilloughby! We'll be back on your screens this Sunday, live at 6:30pm, doing something just as slippy…"

Willoughby's return to Dancing On Ice was confirmed just a few months after her This Morning departure.

The long-time host of the morning show quit her role after news broke of an alleged plot to kidnap and murder her.

The Sun reported in December 2023 that Willoughby agreed to the terms of her Dancing On Ice return on a "rolling contract".

It is understood that the star, who kept an uncharacteristically low profile after her horrific ordeal, has the option to quit the series next year if she wants a longer break.

Who are the judges for Dancing On Ice 2024?

The Dancing On Ice 2024 judging panel includes Jayne TorvillChristopher DeanOti Mabuse and Ashley Banjo.

The foursome are returning after also sitting on the panel for the 2023 series.

Judges have an important role on Dancing On Ice as they must critique and score the contestants after they perform their routines.

Each week, Torvill and Dean will alternate the role of Head Judge and in the event of a tie, whoever is the Head that week will have to decide which couple leaves the competition.

Torvill and Dean have been involved with the show since its first series in 2006.

The former British, European, Olympic, and World champions began their time on Dancing On Ice as coaches but became judges in 2018.

Banjo also became a judge in 2018 and first appeared on the panel alongside Torvill, Dean and Jason Gardiner.

Mabuse, meanwhile, is the show's newest judge.

The Strictly Come Dancing star, who welcomed her first child with husband Marius Iepure at the end of 2023, first appeared on the panel in 2022.
