FLO Edwards is hoping she has got what it takes to win over Lord Alan Sugar.

It's been announced that she is one of the 18 candidates taking part in The Apprentice 2024.

Who is The Apprentice's Flo Edwards?

London-native will make her TV debut on The Apprentice 2024.

But even without the huge cash prize, she seems to have been living a luxurious life already.

Her Instagram profile is full of holiday snaps and glam nights out with friends.

Flo also started life out as a sports star, and played for Premier Romans Netball Club in their National League Prem 1.

However, these days she concentrates on the world of business, and owns her own company.

Speaking about why she should win The Apprentice £250K investment from Lord Alan Sugar, Flo told the BBC: "I don't necessarily deserve Lord Sugar’s investment more than anyone else in the process.

"I have a great business and I have a proven track record of generating revenue.

"However, equality, diversity and inclusion is at the core of the business so with Lord Sugar's experience with scaling recruitment businesses we can expedite this positive impact (alongside profits!)."

Revealing the big news that she is part of The Apprentice 2024 line-up, Flo told her Instagram followers: "I’m so excited to finally share with you all that I’ll be a candidate on BBC's The Apprentice 2024! 🤯

"If someone had told 18 year old me I would have had this opportunity I would have laughed.

"You never quite know where the rollercoaster of life will take you. Very excited to be able to share this next stage of my journey.

"Tune in every Thursday 9pm, from 1st of Feb… And get the popcorn."

What does Flo Edwards do for a living?

Flo is a recruitment consultant, who owns her own consultancy firm, called Hathor Talent.

Speaking about the pressures of running her business, she told the BBC: "Failing is part of any job and I make them every day… If you don't fail and make mistakes, you'll never learn and grow.

"I just make sure I don't try to repeat the same one!"

When is The Apprentice on?

The eighteenth series The Apprentice will kick off on February 1, 2024 on BBC One and the iPlayer.

Lord Alan Sugar once again resides over the show, with the help of his aides Karren Brady and Tim Campbell.

Fans will be treated to 12 brand new episodes, with the show set to run every Thursday at 9pm , until April 18, 2024.
