NEW The Apprentice candidate Paul Bowen ripped out his hair on camera in an unearthed video.
The pie company owner was left seething after being stood up by "waste of time" job applicants that sent him into a fit of rage.
In the shocking clip, BBC star Paul is left ranting after only three out of a potential seven applicants had turned up for an interview for the family's Lancashire pie business, Bowen Pies.
Furious, he can be seen launching his phone in the clip as well as literally tearing his hair out in frustration.
Paul wears a wig and previously spoke about this during an appearance on Channel 4 dating show First Dates Hotel.
Taking aim, the soon-to-be Apprentice hopeful said: "Right, I'm a bit bloody p***ed here. You know on Facebook and stuff like that people always say 'there's no jobs, you can't get any jobs'?

"I've put a job out right, I've had seven interviews lined up today. Guess how many have actually turned up?
"I'll tell you. Three. Three people out of the seven turned up. Waste of my time!"
When asked about why he decided to film the clip, he recalled: "I filmed it because I often tell mates about people not turning up and they think I'm joking, they don't believe me.
"I personally think it's getting worse. I think there is a culture of people not wanting to confront people or just be honest about things."

He went on to add: "I like to be prepared because I think you should look organised and professional as their potential future employer.
"For each person you're looking at least 15 minutes prep time for each person. There's quite a bit to it - you don't just say 'alright Dave, come on in'.
"Just three out of seven turned up. I couldn't believe it."
He is one of two pie company experts hoping to battle it out for the £250,000.
One of his proudest achievements so far is securing a five-year deal with Manchester City football club to secure the ground with pies.
Teasing that he could make Alan the "Lord of the Pies", he said: "I’m seeking investment of Lord Sugar’s time and knowledge.
"I have great ideas and great business acumen, along with a work hard attitude.
"My organisation and planning is my weakness.
"But with Lord Sugar’s strategy and my passion and ideas, I could make him Lord of the Pies."
