LOVE Island All Stars singleton Hannah Elizabeth has shared her major body overhaul after entering the spin-off series.
The Liverpool lass, 33, who found fame on Love Island's first-ever programme, has been candid about her cosmetic tweaks.

And Hannah's Brazilian Bum Lift was no different.
The OnlyFans star uploaded a video to her Instagram page which showed her lying on her front, flashing her curvy derriere.
After the treatment, she told how the clinic had performed an "absolute miracle" on her figure and she was "obsessed with the results."
Hannah told how she had undergone a liquid top up of her BBL - heading from her home to London's Lift Aesthetics to switch up her shape.

Looking typically glam., she filmed her video stretched out on the treatment table.
She wore a white top and red thong, with her blonde hair tied into an up-do.
Hannah told the camera: "I literally nearly cried when I looked in the mirror.
"So I wanted to add the filler to my hips today to get an hourglass shape and transformation.

"And literally I am obsessed with the results."
She added: "Thank you so much Rick you have worked an absolute miracle."
Hannah Elizabeth was able to show off the results of her BBL top-up pretty much straight away in a neon green bikini as she strode into the South Africa villa.
Josh Ritchie then also commented on her peachy bum - as she giggled over her latest pep-up.
The TV star is no stranger to surgery, and recently gushed over her "Bratz Doll" facial surgery.
She has candidly admitted to forking out £20K on the procedure last year, which left her covered in bandages.
Back in 2023, Hannah also showed off the results of her nose job in Turkey.
Hannah told the of her All Stars prep and said: "Hair extensions, colour, I’ve been in the gym.
"Everything I could have done I’ve done it. New lashes, new nails. I’m as prepped as I could be.
"Everyone on Instagram has gone very neutral and clean.
"I just want to bring back Hollywood glamour, the very over the top glamour because that’s what I love."
The beauty is not the only ITV2 personality who has switched up their look ahead of their second stab at romance on the show.
