LOVE Island All Stars favourite Hannah Elizabeth's son has been left "shocked" after watching his glam parent attempting to find romance.
The OnlyFans model, 33, went on her first out-of-villa date with Tyler Cruickshank, 28, during last night's episode, donning a stunning lilac cut-out frock.

Hannah has also been showing off the results of her BBL top-up in the South Africa compound, donning a striking neon green bikini on the first day.
Now the Love Island season one star's parents have opened up on her little boy's reaction to her reality TV stint.
They are looking after adorable Reggie, aged four, and admitted he has tuned in to some of her Love Island All Stars action.
Hannah's mum Colette told of his reaction and explained: "At first he was a bit shocked that his mummy was on the telly.

"It’s a bit different to seeing Peppa Pig on the telly, and all of a sudden his mum’s on there, you know?
"He said to me, ‘Oh, Nanny, has my mummy got lots of new friends?’
"And I said, ‘Yeah, lots of new friends’."
Colette then stressed she wouldn't be allowing the youngster to watch scenes showing her kissing - with Hannah already locking lips with bombshell Tyler in an earlier episode.

Yet she admitted Reggie's school community are backing Hannah's second stab at romance in the villa.
They told the same publication: "Some of them have set up Instagram accounts just to follow her.
"One said to me, ‘Just to let you know, I’ve just set up the Love Island app on my phone’."
Recently, the reason for Hannah's "heartbreaking" split from her wizard ex - who is Reggie's father - was revealed.
She shares the tot with George Andreetti.
The glam Liverpool lass opened up on her break-up with George, who identifies as a wizard, six days before she gave birth.
Prior to little Reggie's arrival, she told : "He isn’t well at the minute and I don’t agree with what he is posting online.
"I'm going into this as a single mum, on my own with no support.
"I want my baby to have the best and healthiest upbringing and I am not going to let anyone come between that."
