BBC Breakfast fans rejoice as star returns to show after hosting shake up
BBC BREAKFAST fans have rejoiced as a fan-favourite returned to the show after a hosting shake-up.
Jon Kay and Sally Nugent were back on the iconic red sofa as they kicked off a brand new week.
But viewers at home were more delighted to see Carol Kirkwood who returned to from the weather.
The 61-year-old newlywed had been missing on Friday morning in an apparent hosting shake-up.
She was replaced by regular BBC News forecaster Matt Taylor, while Naga Munchetty was also missing.
Excited to see the fan-favourite back presenting the weather bulletin, BBC Breakfast viewers flooded Carol with compliments on social media.
