THE Apprentice star Amina Khan has revealed her incredible weight loss after the birth of her daughter.
The businesswoman, 32, has documented her body transformation in a new Instagram video reflecting on her first year of motherhood.
During that time she lost 20kg and it was all without the help of a gym or dieting.
She wrote: "Please be kind with my pictures, it took ALOT of courage for me to put them up. These pictures are literally hours after I had an emergency c-section. It was all worth it for my rainbow baby girl after years of infertility.
"I lost 20kg (44lbs) and my weight is even less now than it was before I became pregnant. This whole first year of motherhood has just been a blur, survival mode. I didn’t have time to go gym (I went for 3 days and quit), I didn’t do any special diets as tbh I didn’t have the motivation for it. All alongside running a busy small business and having a new baby."
Revealing how she did it, Amina continued: "The secret that most women aren’t aware of is your hormones. Once you balance your hormones, this will reduce sugar cravings, reduce cortisol, manage thyroid levels (for metabolism). They are all connected and that’s all I honestly did was take my @thepharmacistbeauty Hormone Balance supplements.
