X FACTOR legend Sam Callahan has revealed his surprise career change after finding fame ten years ago.
Essex singer Sam was among the X Factor hunks having a tilt at the title back in 2013.
Now 29, the former barman has revealed he is servicing engines and works in "car remapping" fixing AdBlue faults.
Sam demonstrated his new skills in a video on Instagram, telling his fans: "Good afternoon, haven't done a video on one of my jobs in a long time so thought I'd do one."
Sam talked through his client's engine issues before explaining how he was going to resolve them.
He has also worked as a personal trainer and a racing car driver on the GT4 Supercup series, and recently confirmed that he'll be hitting the track once again later this year.

Sam - who was once blocked on Twitter by Gary Garlow - still has a legion of fans thanks to his X Factor fame, as proven by the fact he's able to knock out calendars of himself topless year after year.
However, he didn't quite make it to the final on X Factor with a performance of Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls seeing him skittled out of the contest.
The star courted controversy back in 2016, when he broke his silence on a racy video that went viral on social media.
He said it was filmed when he was a teenager and he was catfished by the person he originally sent it to.

Sam told The Sun at the time: "This was a couple of years ago. I was only a teenage lad, I hold my hands up.
“I was young and foolish back then, unfortunately, I wrongly trusted the person I was speaking to at the time and was completely betrayed and catfished.
“It’s not something that would happen now. I’m way too focused and driven to put myself in that risky situation, but I guess we live and learn.”
Sam was mentored by Louis Walsh on X Factor but the singer didn't hold back when discussing the Westlife and Boyzone manager on in 2018.
He told the stunned presenters: "I think Louis's had his day, hasn't he?"
Sam added: "He was my mentor, and I didn't think he knew what he was talking about then.
"I'd rather have someone young and hungry and a bit more with the times, rather than someone who can tell me about their credentials, but probably can't keep up in this day and age."
