He's been revealed as an All Stars bombshell and enters the villa tonight with eyes set on Georgie and Molly Smith.
Claudia was coupled up with Casey before he had his head turned by Casa Amor's Rosie Seabrook.
Despite their time together coming to an end in the villa, Casey and Claudia grew close on the outside.
They described their relationship as "friends with benefits" - but later went their separate ways.

Claudia told our new Love Island podcast: "There was never really anything there with us, we just we just came out really good friends.
"It's just nice to watch him go in there to meet someone and be happy."
"First of all, Molly is probably his type, but I don't think he would do that to Tom, I really don't think he would steal Molly away, but then Tom hasn't made things official with her yet.
"I can see Casey with Georgia Harrison now that's Mitch has gone.

"I do really think that they would get on well. She's very his type.
"I do think he's ready to settle down.
"Everyone knows he's got a silly side and loves having a laugh with the boys, but if you spend that much time with people in there then you can make a connection.
"I am sure about Georgia Harrison. I'm going to say I think they will come out together as a couple."
Although, Claudia adds, his relationship with best friend Tom could be the girls' biggest barrier.
"I don't think any girl can compete," Claudia laughed.
"I really don't. They're like unbreakable, and they argue like brothers as well.
"They spend every day together when one goes on holiday, one misses the other."

Casey and Tom are best mates and live together in a flat in London.
He also has a history with Georgia H.
Casey said before entering the villa: “I didn’t find love the first time round so I’m hoping it will be second time lucky.
“I had the most amazing experience before, so get me back in that villa.
“I’ve got my eyes on Molly, for sure. I genuinely think she is a 10 out of 10.
