LORD Sugar has fired his first candidate of the new series of The Apprentice.
The business tycoon, 76, raged in the boardroom following the first task with the new hopefuls.
During the show viewers watched as the recruits had to host a 'corporate away day'.
Their challenge was set with the backdrop of the breathtaking Scottish Highlands.
Baroness Karren Brady and Tim Campbell held a watchful eye over the two teams, split by genders.
However, for Oliver Medfort, his time on The Apprentice came to an abrupt end.

The sales executive was sent packing after being dramatically fired by Lord Sugar following his team's loss.
He told him: “Ollie, it’s funny that you’re amongst eight colleagues and quite a few of them didn’t know what you did, and so I say no smoke without fire.
"It’s a tough one, Ollie I’m sorry to say mate you’re fired.”
After being given his marching orders and keeping in line with tradition, Ollie left HQ in a black cab.
