Viewers see the contestants attempt to outrun professionals hunters with the winning team bagging a cash prize.

The Hunters use intuition, determination and cutting-edge technical surveillance to try and track down the stars.

They are made up of former police officers, intelligence, and army personnel, aim to track down these famous fugitives by any means possible.

Website report Channel 4 have commissioned another civilian series and its celebrity version.

Hunted is due to air this Spring while the star-studded edition will hit screens later this year.

Last year The Sun exclusively revealed how Strictly star Kai Widdrington has signed up with his dancing pal Giovanni Pernice.

A TV insider said: “It was their mate Katya who convinced them to take part after she had such a great experience on Hunted when she was paired with Olympian Aimee Fuller.

“Not only did she love the challenge, she also liked the fact it was for such a good cause – raising awareness and funds for Channel 4’s Stand up to Cancer Appeal.

“Given the natural competitiveness between the dance pros, Giovanni and Kai will want to show they can do better than her in the competition.

“Katya and Aimee were the second couple to get caught on the show – so the boys just need to make sure they aren’t the first.”

Giovanni and Kai will also  be joined on the line-up of the Channel 4 show next year by Loose Women star Denise Welch and her husband Lincoln Townley.

I went on Hunted & it’s even tougher than you think – TV doesn’t show hardest part… it took days to get back to normal
