Love Island fans work out ‘real reason’ Joanna is cracking on to Callum – and insist she ‘doesn’t like him’

LOVE Island fans are convinced they know the real reason as to why Joanna Chimonides is growing close to Callum Jones.

The bombshell recently decided to cool things off with villa beau Chris Taylor in order to explore a connection with Callum but its left fans wondering if she is being genuine.

Callum has been caught up in a whirlwind journey since he arrived in the villa after turning up at the same time as his ex, Molly Smith.

Whilst it seemed that a romance was brewing between Callum and Georgia Steel, things quickly came crashing down and Joanna appeared to swoop in on the opportunity.

However, ITV2 viewers think that Joanna is using Callum’s popularity in order to guide her right to the final.

Discussing her true intentions on X – formerly Twitter – one viewer said: “Joanna just wants to get in the final.”

Another then added: “I know Chris is a bit of a berk, but Joanna isn’t much better, a real game player.”

A third said of her budding romance with Callum: “Joanna definitely doesn’t like Callum she’s even stranger this season.”

Before a fourth added: “Not seeing Joanna and Callum.”

It comes after Joanna’s ‘secret villa feud’ was revealed by her close pal.

Kady McDermott who is close friends with Joanna, has responded to claims of a broken friendship between the villa pair.

A fan commented under the show’s latest first look clip to ask about the closeness between Georgia and Joanna.

Tagging Kady for clarification, the fan said: “@kadymcdermott Aren’t Joanna and Georgia S close friends, tho? Doesn’t look real.”

Alluding to an ‘issue’ between the pair, Kady confirmed they were not “close anymore” but insisted it was not her place to spill the beans on what went down.

Kady said: “Wouldn’t say they’re close anymore but not my place to discuss tbh.”

The former make-up artist then appeared to throw shade at Georgia with a cryptic dig.

She added: “All I know is Jo is a genuine nice girl and deserves a genuine nice boy.

“Gee can’t claim every boy in there

cos she’s had some form of ‘history’ snooze you lose x.”
