Nina, who has been getting used to reporting on BBC Breakfast again after returning from maternity leave, has taken to Instagram and wrote an appreciation post alongside five pictures.

In the first snap, the presenter is seen in a figure-hugging black dress with a side split, standing in front of the BBC Breakfast screen with a full face of makeup.

In the second image, Nina dons a dotted mini-dress as she stands back to back with co-host Ben Thompson

The third image shows the TV personality with her loved ones, while the fourth image shows the star once more on the job with a big smile on her face.

Nina then showed her 28.9K followers her reality outside of working on the BBC show with a selfie of her upper face with scruffy hair and no make-up.

The last image is a screenshot of the TV host’s family group chat, where they are joking around.

Nina captioned her post: “Back at it – with the best team in news… coinciding with the kids bringing back a winter’s worth of bugs.

“I love the makeup team for helping remind me I am more than a milk machine and washing machine operator.

“And thanks to husband (photo 5) for admiring their work but also reminding me what I *really* look like when I’m cold and cheesed off at the kid’s football
