CORRIE fans will be delighted to hear they get an extra episode this week after last week's cancellation.
The soap usually airs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 8pm.
However, last week Coronation Street lost its usual Wednesday night slot as ITV streamed live coverage of the FA Cup instead.
Thankfully soap fans will not be deprived of the Corrie episode they missed, as the programme will air four times this week.
The extra instalment will be playing tonight at 8pm.
The broadcaster's new drama After The Flood was also given the boot as it was scheduled during Aston Villa and Chelsea's tense face-off.
