Mark explained: “One day out of the blue [Sugar] just went ballistic for no reason.
“He just went completely psycho, and he walked out of the boardroom and left everyone in there – the film crew, production, Karen and Nick and all the contestants and left us there for 25 minutes.
“He just did a psycho rant and left the room and then he came back in, and I was like ‘that was magic,’ he just gained back control of the environment like that!"
Although the moment left the cast in shock, Mark said it inspired him.

He added: “I absolutely loved it and he’s the master of the power move!
“It’s amazing because what I learnt from him, money can’t buy. He’s being so ruthless on me because he’s trying to demonstrate where I need to go."
CLIMBING THE LADDER
After winning the tenth series of The Apprentice, Mark created his digital marketing company Climb Online.
The business venture is a digital marketing agency that specialises in SEO, paid media, and email marketing with clients including TikTok and Emirates.
In 2022, Mark sold the company for a whopping £10million.
The impressive fortune meant he became the most successful winner to ever come out of the BBC show.
But it was not always plain sailing for the self-made millionaire.
At the age of 23, he decided to move to the UK from Australia to pursue a better life in 2012.
ALAN SUGAR BIGGEST GAGS
Some of Lord Sugar’s one-liners have brought some much-needed light relief to the boardroom.
His best gags so far in this series include a pop at pie firm boss Phil Turner: “Your grandma started making pies in the Thirties? They must be a bit stale by now.”
His barb towards fitness coach Sam Saadet: “You call yourself the Del Boy of business. Is that because you’re a plonker?”
And not forgetting his take down of wellness brand owner Dr Asif Munaf after reading his CV: “You’ve got some claims here mate — ‘beauty, body, brains, business’ but it should be five Bs . . . bollocks!” Lord Sugar insists he writes all his own material.
When he arrived in London, he was "flat-broke" and had to face the harsh realities of living in the big city.
He couldn't afford a place of his own and ended up having to share a house with over ten people.
But his golden ticket to success came when he signed up for The Apprentice in 2014.
In his audition tape, he said: "I think the world is full of way too many wafflers and not enough doers. I walk the walk, I talk the talk, and I dance the dance."
After a challenging journey at the show, he was crowned the first non-British winner.
His brilliant triumph bagged the opportunity to go into business with Alan Sugar.
The proud winner said at the time: "The Apprentice was like winning the lottery, becoming partners with Lord Sugar and creating Climb Online changed my life."
BLING LIFE
During his first year of trading with Climb Online, the company made £1million and a further £5million in six years.
In 2020, he became a UK citizen and called the country a land of opportunity and diversity.
Mark is now able to go on luxury holidays in locations like France, Rio de Janeiro, and Ibiza, where he was seen posing with Wayne Lineker.
He has also been seen in private jets and has even tried his hands at motor racing and boxing just for fun.
Mark even landed his name on the Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 list.
After appearing on the show, he briefly dated fellow contestant Leah Totton from series nine.
