She told how she was considering getting a job in a supermarket because she was so broke
ICONIC supermodel Marie Helvin looks like she's barely aged a day decades after she shot to fame in the 70s.
Marie, now 71, showed off her youthful looks while appearing on ITV's Loose Women on Monday.

The star - who was previously married to photographer David Bailey - was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022 and later underwent a mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery.
The model opened up about how she's maintained such a radiant complexion - saying she cuts out sweets 10 days before a big shoot.
She told the panel: "It's extraordinary how your skin just tightens up a bit, it's good for the camera."
Ruth Langsford asked her: "I think older women would look at that and go 'wow, what an inspiration', do you like to be thought of as an inspirational woman?"

Marie replied: "No, I that women would look at it and go 'oh, she looks good, I can look good too. What I do is achievable for anybody, it just takes discipline.
"Like working out in the gym, you have to be regular, you have to do it constantly.
"For me, I really look forward to it, I get high on the endorphins."
Ruth then turned the conversation to Marie's health.

Marie spoke about her mother and said: "It [cancer] didn't kill her, she didn't die from it. After she had it, both my sister and I took the test and neither of us carried it.
"So it just goes to show you that it's not the only gene that you carry that will pass it on to you.
"I was always conscious of this and always checking myself.
"It seemed to come out of nowhere, one week it wasn't there and the next week it was there.
"Because I found it so quickly, the NHS go so quickly and they arranged everything for me but I still have to have a mastectomy.
"I got the all clear on my first mammogram for the other side - but now I'm struggling with my treatment that is going to last for five years. I've completed one year."
Back in January, the supermodel looked sensational in a campaign for British lingerie brand Bluebella.
The defiant star, a 12-time Vogue cover girl, said at the time: “I’m not ready to retire yet. Who says a woman can’t model lingerie in her 70s? I refuse to be defined and discriminated against because of my age.
“It makes me so angry that women are ignored and become invisible after 60. Marketing execs and brands are fixated on women in their 20s and 30s, and ignore women past that age. This has got to stop.”
Two years ago, she told how she had a mastectomy after a breast cancer diagnosis.
The diagnosis hit home after the star cared for her mum during her own breast cancer battle in Hawaii in the 1980s.
Meanwhile, it appears Marie's career has taken a positive turn after a tricky few years.
Back in 2022, she told how she was considering getting a job in a supermarket because she was so broke.
At the time, Marie said: "I’m completely self-reliant, and I don’t know what I am going to do, because during the pandemic period, I’ve used up most of my savings now and I’m seriously thinking about going home."
The star has thought about getting a job in a food store where she grew up because she feels like she wouldn't be judged for it.
She added: "They have less stigma about age with getting jobs.
"You can get a job at Whole Foods in your 80s in America.
"Put it this way, I wouldn’t apply to work in Whole Foods here [in the UK]. But back home in Hawaii, if I needed to, I’d go there and work."

Marie married ex husband and photographer David Bailey in 1975, but the pair divorced 10 years later.
It was reported that she also dated cricketer turned Pakistan prime minister Imran Khan.
