LOVE Island legend Demi Jones gave fans a look inside her lavish £1.5k bootcamp complete with a private chef and rigorous workout sessions.
The former fashion advisor visited the luxurious 1st Class Bootcamp, which is based in a gorgeous farmhouse in Kent.
The television personality, 25, received intensive training as she attended three full days of rigorous work out sessions, followed by a two day weigh-in and consultation process to track her progress.
The health enthusiast posted her packed fitness schedule and journey at the camp on Instagram to her over 1 million followers.
She gave fans a glimpse of life beyond the walls of the lush health sanctuary, which includes all meals cooked by 5 star private head chef, Toby Wheatstone.
Demi shared a snap of one of the delicious meals, which included scrambled eggs, spinach and tomato.

She also told one fan in the comments section: “If weight loss is your goal, you’ll have calorie control, portion sized meals 3 times a day.”
The wellness centre is open to all levels of fitness, with personal trainers on the premises who create a bespoke routine for every visitor - setting the average punter back an estimated £1.5k
Demi also channelled her inner Rocky Balboa as she engaged in an energetic boxing training, followed by a fat-burning ‘walk and talk’ session which lasted just over an hour.
To wind down, the Real Full Monty star summoned all of her strength to plunge into the farmhouse’s renowned ice bath.

The drastic process is known to ease sore muscles after an intense workout as well as to make the body feel energised.
The redhead starred in season 6 of the popular ITV2 reality series back in 2020.
The Hampshire-born star entered the villa on Day 16 and finished in third place alongside Luke Mabbott, 28.
Demi has encountered ups and downs since leaving the villa, and in May 2021, a year after entering the villa, announced her thyroid cancer diagnosis.
After undergoing treatment and getting a clean bill of health, Demi re-entered the villa in January as part of Love Island’s All Stars spin-off.
Unfortunately, her second stint was short-lived as she and Luis Morrison, 29, were dumped from the show after just eight days.
While the pair revealed at the finale that they had enjoyed some dates in the outside world - they were snapped last month kissing outside a Manchester club - some fans have speculated they have cooled things off since as they have been absent from each other’s social media activity.
