EMMERDALE fans have called out a 'horrible' filming habit that is driving them 'nuts'.
The ITV soap has a legion of loyal viewers, but in recent months, some are getting distracted by certain camera angles and filming methods.
Taking to a Reddit forum, one Emmerdale fan wrote posted the topic title: "Camera, Zooming / Shaking".
They added: "What is it with the frequent zooming in on casual conversations recently it’s so annoying."
A fellow viewer replied: "I always thought it was to signify the view point of someone spying.
"Like when a character walks past a bush and the camera shakes like someone is hiding in the bush... Until the other day when it wasn't and I too was annoyed."

A third was equally fed up with the change in filming, writing: "I've noticed that, too. The shaking. Horrible.
"I can only assume it's budget cuts and filming with one camera man who has the cam in his hand and can move is easier than setting up multiple cams.
"Just drives me nuts. I hope people will complain, I'm on the brinks really if it happens again."
Meanwhile a fourth mused: "I think it's like when it goes blue for a flashback. It's a creative choice but a bad one."

Emmerdale fans have also been quick to share their views on which characters they want to see more - or less - of.
Last week, they took aim at Mackenzie Boyd and newcomer Ruby Fox-Miligan over their actions and behaviour.
One wrote on X: "Out of all the characters introduced in all the soaps lately, Ruby is by far the worst, not likeable, isn’t interesting, just vile, no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
"Soaps need to realise some likeable characters are necessary, not everyone being awful."
Another added: "I literally cannot take Mack on my screen anymore. I just want him GONE!!!"
