"And when I was in mum mode, nothing else mattered for such a long time, but now I'm finding myself again."
Lauren was originally on Towie for two years before calling it quits.
Her on/off relationship with ex Mark Wright was one of the biggest story lines of the programme.
The former flames ended up getting engaged on the show, but it didn't work out between them and went their separate ways.
She rejoined the cast for its 19th series in 2016, but decided to not return for the 20th.
Lauren is mum to daughter Larose, who she shares with ex Charles Drury.
The former couple welcomed her into the world on July 10 2021.
Lauren tragically lost her second daughter Lorena days after giving birth in July 2022.
