Anne previously spoke candidly about her health and dieting in an interview.
Speaking to the MailOnline, the actress revealed she always feels “4lbs too heavy”.
She said: “I have dieted my entire life. I’m 5ft 6in and weigh just over 9 st, but I always feel like I’m 4lb too heavy.”
On cosmetic surgery, she explained: “I did have a facelift a long time ago, but I’m convinced now it’s important to age naturally.
“My mother was beautiful right into old age and she never had anything done — her face was very real-looking.
“Plastic surgery doesn’t tempt me at all now — I’m so horrified at what I see all around me in Hollywood.”
