Louis Walsh, 71, was one of the first big name signings to sign up for the celebrity instalment of the rebooted social experiment.

He signed up to the show alongside his fellow former X Factor colleague, Sharon Osbourne, 71.

She stayed in the house as the first ever 'lodger' for just a few days, and she reportedly took home £100,000 for every day she lived within the compound.

Despite receiving the most nominations from the rest of the house, Louis survived the public vote as Ekin-Su and Levi Roots were eliminated.

Now, some viewers have now claimed that the entire show has been 'rigged' in favour of the star.

Taking to X - formerly known as Twitter - one fan said: "First it was rigging the tasks so Sharon didn’t have to take part now it’s Louis’s turn I see."

A second wrote: "This feels a bit rigged to keep Louis in 😂 #CBBUK."

And a third posted: "BB knew that Louis would be bottom, so rigged it that he would be king.

They added: "Plus I hate that they changed from The original vote to evict, again this has worked in Louis’ favour, with him even smugly saying 'I’ve survived 2 evictions'."

Some even think the show has been 'fixed' to favour the former X Factor judge, so ITV gets "value for money".

Another fan claimed: "It's a total fix, Louis Walsh has it in his contact to get to the final, maybe even win it, total fix, shocking."

Whilst a second noted: "Desperately trying to fix it so that they get value for money for spending so much on Louis Walsh #cbbuk #CelebrityBigBrother."

"CBBUK #CelebrityBigBrother is absolutely savage, but has it been fixed for #LouisWalsh to win? I hope not but it's looking that way, especially after what AJ said on #CBBlateAndLive The luck 🍀 of the Irish," questioned a third.
