EastEnders Jac Jossa looks slimmer than ever as she shows off dramatic weight loss in gym gear

The soap star has been busy working on her physical and mental health

EASTENDERS legend Jacqueline Jossa looked incredible as she posed up a storm at the gym.

The actress, 31, who plays Lauren Branning in the BBC soap, was in high spirits as she smiled for a mirror selfie after a sweaty session.

Jac looked amazing in a white sports bra, black Nike leggings and Nike trainers.

She captioned the post: “Great to have my gym buddy back.

“Obsessed with @brooker_lucy that was such an amazing class.”

It comes weeks after the soap star showed off her weight loss in a new snap.

The mum-of-two looked stunning with not an inch of make-up on and an all black gym outfit.

Days before she showed off her hard efforts in a tight top and jeans after returning to the Square as Lauren Branning.

Not only that, the I’m A Celeb winner wowed in a selection of looks from In The Style on Instagram.

She captioned the post: “Selfies from my latest ITS occasion collection.”

Fans absolutely loved the new looks.

In a chat with The Sun, she told us that she’s been opening up to her therapist.

Jacqueline said: “I think everyone should have therapy. It’s absolutely amazing.

“I’ve had it since I was 17.

” You want someone to talk to . . . so I’ve always been really open to it and it’s always been part of my life.

“I dip in and out of it whenever I need to.”
