What is the SKIN app?

The SKIN app can be download on Apple and Android for free.

It is described as the "ultimate money-saving beauty app" and allows shoppers to save money on their favourite products.

It aims to compare prices of products from all different stores to find you a bargain.

Who are Flinty Bane and Ben Barter?

Flinty Bane and Ben Barter are long-term friends and the founders of SKIN.

Ben is the brains behind the business side and securing partnerships, while Flinty drives the tech and consumer side of the company.

On the SKIN website, the founders say: "We wanted to create something that reflected the needs of consumers, that prioritised the user and would serve as a reliable money-saving tool."

The duo are often featured together on the SKIN Instagram page, with Flinty demonstrating products.

The founders told : "SKIN isn’t just about hunting down the best bargain for your skincare – it’s also about community and sharing knowledge.

"SKIN was designed for savvy beauty shoppers, revolutionising the shopping experience by bringing the purchasing power back to the consumer.

When is SKIN on Dragons Den?

SKIN is set to appear on Dragons' Den on Thursday, March 21, 2024.

You can watch Flinty and Ben present their business to the Dragons on BBC One from 8pm or can stream afterwards on iPlayer.

The business partners are hoping secure an investment from one or more of the Dragons, which include Sara Davies, Peter Jones, Touker Suleyman, Steven Bartlett and Deborah Meaden.

Special guest Emma Grede will also appear on the episode.

Emma is the founder of SKIMS and has starred on a few Dragons' Den episodes ready to invest in potential successful businesses.
