Celebrity Big Brother winner revealed as Ibiza Weekender legend David Potts in shock final result
CBB fans were chuffed with the results
DAVID Potts has been crowned the winner of Celebrity Big Brother.
The Ibiza Weekender star, 30, was left overwhelmed when hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best announced his name.
David beat former X Factor judge Louis Walsh, This Morning star Fern Britton, Corrie favourite Colson Smith and Strictly professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin.
Last night, Heartstopper actor Bradley Riches was brutally dumped in a tense back-door eviction.
Fern was evicted in fifth place, followed by Louis in fourth.
Colson finished third place and runner-up spot was given to Nikita.
David was shocked to win the show and told viewers before leaving the house: “I feel shocked, on top of the world, I cannot believe it, I’m feeling slay, I’m ready to take on the day…get me on that runway.”
David has kept fans entertained throughout his time in the house.
Many fans congratulated the star and said he was a worthy winner, with one writing: “David was always my winner.”
A second posted: “David was going to win from day one, he’s been hilarious.”
It comes as a surprise as our exclusive poll by The Sun revealed that Louis Walsh is most likely to be crowned the winner – despite it being nail-bitingly close.
Nikita Kuzmin got 24.23 per cent of the vote, while Louis secured 28.8 per cent to pip him to the post.
While David landed just 15.34 per cent.
In tonight’s final, Fern breaks down in tears as she delivered an emotional speech about her housemates.
While fellow housemate Bradley Riches was axed last night and was forced to quickly say goodbye to his housemates before leaving out the back door.
Bradley left the House within 24 hours of Marisha Wallace and Zeze Millz being evicted on Tuesday.
AJ and Will returned to host the series after presenting the first Big Brother reboot on ITV2 last year.
They welcomed 13 famous faces into the iconic house last month.
Others celebs who entered on launch night included Kate Middleton’s uncle Gary Goldsmith, 58, Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 29, Dragons’ Den star Levi Roots, 65, musical theatre star Marisha Wallace, 39, and Real Housewives of Cheshire star Lauren Simon, 52.
Former X Factor judge Louis, 71, is thought to already have a net worth of £116million, but he received a huge bumper when he entered the house.
The Sun disclosed that he was paid £500,000 – the same as his longtime pal Sharon Osbourne.
However, she secured the eye-watering amount for just five days in the house.
Insiders told The Sun ITV fitted 92 hidden cameras into the house to ensure every conversation was detected.
They picked up Louis trashing many of his former acts to his housemates, including Jedward and Ronan Keating.
He also clashed with Fern Britton and David Potts in the famous house.
