LUCY Mecklenburgh has admitted she's struggling after Ryan Thomas jetted to Dubai after winning Dancing On Ice.
The ex-Towie star opened up to fans on Instagram about looking after their kids without the ex-Coronation Street actor.
She told fans: "Very little sleep for two nights, solo parenting and my endometriosis symptoms are at the worst they have ever been!"
Lucy, 32, added: "Sending love to anyone else struggling today."
The former reality TV favourite often shares glimpses of her home life on social media.
And the candid star also revealed her terror after she accidentally locked herself out of their home last week - while their son Roman and baby daughter Lilah Rae were inside.

"I saw my neighbour's door slam of their car, I'm jumping up and down like, ‘Help me! Oh, God!' It's good that we know and get on with them really well because, very embarrassing."
