BBC Breakfast host Nina Warhurst has announced that she will be taking a break from social media to focus on other aspects of her life.
In a lengthy post, the 43-year-old explained why she was taking a few weeks off from Instagram.
Alongside a snap of beaming down at her cute daughter Nancy in a yellow skater dress, the BBC Breakfast star captioned the photo: “Ta Ta For Now.
“Signing off from Instagram for a few weeks. I *love* this site. I don’t take myself or the apparently perfect lives of others too seriously.
“I howl laughing every day from a scarily accurate meme. I connect with lovely people who I don’t get to see IRL. And there are loads of cats and babies.
“Maybe I love it too much… Because I’ve found myself scrolling all. The. Time.

“Catching up on people’s stories, having a nosey at how people live who have nothing to do with me, and (the absolute grossest) checking for likes… Enough is enough.
“I’ve never had so many plates to spin, and this little chick needs my full attention more often.
“(I also need to see if our friendship extends beyond the holiday planning and kitten memes @catpatfox @helenkavanagh @helenboylen).”
She added: “See you soon. And @samantha_metcalfe_mua, you best not have seen this post!”

Nina’s supportive followers flooded her comments section with well-wishes and messages of understanding as one fan agreed: “Will miss your posts but totally get it - guilty myself.”
Someone else advised: “I’ll miss your really honest take on life, family and people generally.
“But enjoy the break and give your time to those you care about. And make time for the chocolate this weekend.”
A third added: “Aw, I will miss you and your brilliant, honest, truthful posts on here, but I completely understand. Take care, Nina, and big love to you and your family.”
“Enjoy the break, I'll miss your posts, I scroll too much, too!! By the way, you look incredibly young in this pic,” chimed a fourth.
Another person replied: “Will miss you! Love you on Breakfast and Instagram.”
This announcement comes after the BBC Breakfast star recently celebrated a huge family milestone.
Nina celebrated her ten-year wedding anniversary with a video on her official Instagram page that included a series of different images from when she married her husband, Ted Fraser.
