It came after neither star saw huge success on the show.
Ricky was booted out on week one while Corrie star Claire made it to week three.
David Seaman and Frankie Poultney
Ex England footballer David, 60, saw sparks fly with figure skater Frankie, 51, back in 2008.
In 2007, Frankie was partnered with David’s pal Lee Sharpe on her debut year on Dancing On Ice, a year after his own stint on the show.
Yet romance came 12 months later on the show's live tour.
The pair now live together in a pad in Berkshire and married in 2015.
Former goalie David previously told us: "The attraction was there straight away, as obviously it needs to be - and that attraction is still there right now."
After 16 years, the pair have managed to keep the flame alive - and have even claimed spending more time together during lockdown was a blessing.
David added: "We make each other laugh every day and we have a great time together.
"In lockdown, we had a fantastic time starting some home projects, lots of DIY, and I even learned to bake sourdough."
