SINGER and Love Island star Wes Nelson has been forced to postpone his upcoming music tour - but for a very good reason.
The TV hunk turned hitmaker had planned to hit the road before the summer to perform for his fans but has since moved the tour dates until this November.
Wes, 26, confirmed the news in an Instagram story where he apologised to fans for the sudden change but admitted it was all for a good reason.
The Say Nothing singer told his followers that he had landed an incredibly exciting new deal with Sony that would see him have his own record label, Foot Down Records, launched as an imprint under the Sony umbrella.
It will see him release his music under his own company whilst still being backed by industry giant Sony Music Entertainment.
As part of the deal, Wes, who rose to fame on Love Island in 2018, will be recording and releasing a slew of new track and as such has delayed his tour in order to be able to perform the new hits on the road.

Addressing his decision, the star said: "I'm really excited about my new venture with Sony and launching my own record label Foot Down Records.
"However, because we've just started that, the idea was to get brand new music out for tour so we are going to have to move the tour back."
He went onto re-affirm that tickets fans had purchased all remained valid and that further information would be dropping soon.
Wes continued: "We just wanted to get more music out because as it stands we haven't got enough to sort of make it a new tour.

"With this now kicking off, we are gonna have a load of new music and we're literally working on it right now to get everything ready and put on the best tour possible."
Wes was filming the clip in his recording studio where he has been working on his latest tracks.
He then followed up with another message in which he said: "So so sorry I know this is mad annoying trust me I've felt the same."
Wes then informed fans that his new deal would allow a heightened budget that can see him "double the production scale" as well as hinting at new collaborations by saying he is planning to create music "with some HUGE acts".
The star has seen his music career skyrocket after taking part in The X Factor: Celebrity as part of No Love Lost - a group comprised of fellow Love Island stars Eyal Booker, Samira Mighty and Zara McDermott.
Since the band, Wes has gone solo and enjoyed a string of chart hits including See Nobody, Nice To Meet Ya and Abracadabra.
The singer has already worked with chart-topping acts including Craig David, French Montana and Clean Bandit.
