Dean returned to Walford to be nearer to his daughter Jade Green, who was having a lung transplant relating to her cystic fibrosis diagnosis.

Following the surgery, Jade (Elizabeth Green) came to stay with her dad in Albert Square, but in recent weeks, she was planning to move to Pakistan to be with her mum, Shabnam Masood.

In a bid to stop her going, Dean started tampering with Jade's medication, making his own daughter so ill that she had to go back onto oxygen.

He then tampered with her oxygen supply during her charity fundraiser, leading to her collapse.

Dean framed Jean Slater for his actions, but since then, he himself has been framed by 'The Six' for Keanu Taylor's murder and is currently being held in police custody.

Jade soon learns that her dad was the one who tampered with her medication, and during Tuesday's episode, she revealed her visa had been approved and she could finally move to Pakistan.

Shabnam had called her with the news, and revealed she had booked her onto a flight which was leaving the next day.

However, spoilers for tonight's episode reveal Dean gets in touch to ask his daughter to visit him in prison.

The Slaters are far from supportive of the idea and Stacey convinces her not to go after receiving backing from Jean.

They arrange a leaving party for Jade in The Vic where Avani gives Jade food for thought.

As this goes on, Dean is forced to defend himself again in prison.

He shuns the idea of tampering with Jade's medication and insists that he is not to blame for Keanu's death.

But will Dean finally tell the truth about Jade's pills before his daughter jets off for a new life in Pakistan?
