Shaughna Phillips wows fans with incredible body transformation as she proves slim figure isn’t edited

LOVE Island star Shaughna Phillips has blown fans away with her incredible body transformation.

The mum-of-one, 29, admitted she's shocked herself with her progress and hadn't realised how far she's come.

Today she shared a side by side before and after images documenting the dramatic change.

And she even included the original moving version of the slimmer shot to prove she hadn't edited it.

Shaughna wrote: "So this has been happening… I’ll be honest even I’m shocked. So glad I’ve been taking pictures because honestly, when I look in the mirror, I don’t see any difference, your mind is your biggest enemy sometimes!

"And although being accused of editing your pictures when you actually haven’t is the biggest compliment EVER, I haven’t edited the pic on the right, so I thought I’d include the actual Live Photo just for any doubters."

The reality star admitted she's feeling proud of herself having worked hard to improve her mental and physical health.

She continued: "I’ve spoken openly about struggling with my body image since I was a little girl (breaks my heart to even say that), so to be told I was seriously overweight at a doctors appointment wasn’t great.

"This hasn’t been overnight, and I still have a way to go. The truth is, there has been weeks where I have found it so easy, and then there’s been months when I’ve seen no change, so I’m really trying to find what works for me, and I think I’m nearly there."

She concluded by revealing only one pair of jeans in her wardrobe now fit her.

Fans praised her achievement but reassured her she looked good before too.

One wrote: ";You look beautiful in both but so much happier in the second."

A third posted: "Your doing so amazing look fab."

Shaughna, who welcomed daughter Lucia last April, recently told her 1.4 million followers how a full health checkup motivated her to turn her life around.

She was left stunned after medics revealed she was clinically obese.

In a video message that Shaughna recorded in January but only posted earlier this month, she explained: "They told me that I was obese.

"It isn't a shock but it's never nice to hear and the following the checkups that I had done they said I had quite a lot of visceral fat around my organs."

Shaughna admitted she wasn't too sure what it all meant.

She continued: "I'm a mum now and it shook me to my core.

"I know I'm not the picture of health but I didn't realise things were actually that bad and it's kinda scary to hear it from, like, a medical professional.

"I need to do something, I'm going to get my thinking cap on because I only have one parent because my dad died and without getting too deep, I just never want that to happen to Lucia."
