A SHAMELESS star has revealed five secrets from the hit comedy that will stun fans.
The hit drama series originally launched on Channel 4 back in 2004 and became a roaring success.
It centred around a group of siblings as they coped with their alcoholic father, who was played by David Threlfall.
Shameless ran for 11 series before coming to an end in 2013.
But over a decade on, Kelli Hollis, who starred as Yvonne Carib, has dished secrets from behind-the-scenes.
In a video posted to social media, the actress revealed she originally intended to play a different character.

"I did not audition for the part of Yvonne, I actually auditioned for Veronica and Jez the landlady, I was actually just offered the part of Yvonne."
The 47-year-old went on to say how Jody Latham and Gerard Kearns, who played Lip and Ian Gallagher respectively, originally played the opposite roles for two weeks before being swapped.
Continuing her tell-all, Kelli said: "Frank Gallagher, played by David Threlfall, was not the original Frank."
Despite not remembering who played the iconic character at first, Kelli said the star was swapped out but purely down to age and 'chemistry' purposes on screen.

Kelli, who now lives in Thailand having left acting, revealed that she warned Qasim Akhtar - who played her on-screen son Chesney - about his cheeky behaviour before being cast for the role.
"He was quite young and a little s*** and I remember him going through chaperones like nobody's business."
Kelli finished off by revealing tensions boiled over on set with two stars refusing to work together.
She said: "I'm not going to name names, but I'm sorry, there were two cast members that absolutely couldn't abide each other.
"At one point they actually refused to work together."
