But she took a moment to ask her fans if her body “triggered” them after revealing that she’s lost 30,000 followers.

Taking a moment during her holiday she made a video where she talked about her weight loss journey.

Wearing a tiny orange bikini top with a green and white patterned skirt she said: “Does my body trigger you? I’m asking you guys this because over the last two years I’ve lost about six stone and I’ve done it in a really healthy way but it’s also a byproduct of healing all my emotional and physical trauma that I’ve endured in my life.”

“Now embarking on a fitness journey and wellness journey has allowed me to feel better within myself and healthier,” she continued.

“I don’t need to explain myself to you guys but I feel like part of me should because I’ve lost 30,000 followers on Instagram due to my body weight decreasing.”

She said how she had always been an advocate for body positivity, but stressed that meant all sizes.

“Just because I was one size in my life, doesn’t mean I’m gonna stay the same crap my whole life,” she said.

“I’ve wanted to be the best version of me, and by that I exercise, eat better and I feel better.”

She asked fans to ask themselves why they are getting triggered by her body.

“Ask yourself ‘why is this bringing something inside of me that I don’t like?'”

“I think it’s important to realise that we’re all human beings with feelings. If you’re getting triggered to the point where you don’t like what you’re seeing because it’s reflecting something that’s within you, you need to go into that wound and feel it for yourself.”

“Because I’m not being funny, I don’t care that I’ve lost weight, I don’t care how I look like. I care that I feel amazing, I feel f****** amazing and that’s what healing looks like baby,” she signed off.

Some said that they hadn’t unfollowed her because her body was triggering but that they could relate to her more when she had a fuller figure and was promoting body positivity.

Malin – who now works as a life coach – shot to fame in 2015 on Love Island and lasted 24 days in the villa.

The beauty had a brief romance with Terry Walsh but he quickly moved on with Emma Woodhams.

She gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Tom Kemp seven weeks early in January 2019.

Weeks later she shared her heartbreak after the death of her daughter Consy.

She was named in tribute to Malin’s late mother, who had died in November 2017.

In 2020 Kemp was jailed for ten months after she accused him of physical and mental abuse in shocking Instagram posts.

Malin posted harrowing photos showing off gruesome bruises on her body after the abuse but did not name Kemp.

She revealed how the abuse began with “love bombing”, where the victim is showered with gifts and compliments.

But she told how the relationship soured when the thug began to mentally abuse her by fixating on her insecurities – calling her “ugly”, “fat” and “worthless”.

In February 2022 the reality star revealed she had given birth to her daughter Xaya.
