A BBC NEWS presenter has stunned fans as he revealed he'll be DJing at this year's Glastonbury.

The 50-year-old will play his very own set at Stonebridge when the festival kicks off next month.

Announcing the news to his fans, Ros said: "It's frankly incomprehensible that I'm tweeting this - but here's the line-up for Stonebridge at @glastonbury and, to my great excitement and astonishment, I'm on it.

"What started with a one-off drum and bass set for BBC6Music two years ago has ended up here.

"Very grateful for the invitation. Work on the set has already begun..."

Beeb viewers rushed to congratulate Ros on his impending Glasto debut, as one said: "This is epic! Congrats!"

A second wrote: "Well this has made my day, look forward to seeing you at Stonebridge! So awesome."

"Just when you thought you had enough respect for someone, that someone turns out to be a cool as DnB/Junglist, big up Ros, excellent stuff," said a third.

While a fourth joked: "If you don't start with the BBC News pips music we'll riot."

Ros presents BBC News' show Outside Source as well as BBC Radio 4's The Media Show on rotation.

Meanwhile, The Sun previously revealed how Dua Lipa is 'going all out' ahead of her performance at Glastonbury.
