Northants Sings Out
The judges vote went to deadlock during heat four of the semi-finals.
It came after they couldn't decide between Northants Sings Out choir or Dance troupe Phoenix Boys.
It was then down to Ant and Dec to reveal who the second favourite act in the viewers' vote was.
Northants Sings Out then couldn't believe their luck as it was revealed they were through to the final.
Mike Woodhams
After Sydnie went through it was then between dancer Leightonjay Halliday and singing impressionist Mike Woodhams for the second spot in the final.
But the judges were split with their decision, which meant the vote went to deadlock.
This meant it was the public vote that decided and saw Scottish performer Leightonjay sent home and Mike go into the final.
The impressionist performed as Shirley Bassey, Cher, Shakira, Rick Astley, Mark Owen, and even Amanda Holden in the semi-finals.
Jack Rhodes
Magician Jack Rhodes received the most votes from the public and won an automatic place in the final.
He wowed the judges with a performance involving card tricks, dynamite and breaking out of a TV.
Judge Simon Cowell was particularly bowled over with Jack's act, and even said the magician could "win the show".
Haribow
After it was revealed Jack had won the heat two public vote, it was then up to the judges to make the very difficult choice between Ravi’s Dream Team choir and the double-dutch troupe Haribow.
Head judge Simon refused to choose who should go through, sending the vote to deadlock.
It was then revealed Haribow had come second in the public vote and were through to the final.
Innocent Massuku
Opera singer Innocent Massuku took to the BGT stage after wowing the judges in the first round of auditions.
Performing Hans Zimmer’s Now We Are Free during heat one of the semi-finals, the singer impressed so much that he won the viewers' vote.
Asked how he felt, he said it was "amazing" and "so special".
Sslaubi Performance Troupe
Sslaubi Performance Troupe also impressed with their performance and bagged themselves the second place in the final.
Alesha and Bruno both voted for them to make the final.
Amanda Holden also chose them meaning Simon didn't need to vote.
However, the head judge confirmed he would have picked Sslaubi Performance Troupe, over dog act, The Trickstars.
The troupe thanked the judges for voting for them, and said they wanted to show "everything they had".
Alex Mitchell
Comedian Alex Mitchell received the most public votes and was put straight through to the final on Sunday June 2, 2024.
Alex has autism and performed a stand-up show making jokes about his tics.
He told the audience: "If me being here tonight proves anything, if you’ve ever felt slightly written off, slightly like you don’t fit, like the world doesn’t have a place for you – tonight you are seen and you are valid.
"Love will always win."
Trixy
Magician Trixy wowed everyone during his mathematics trick performance.
He even brought out 2023 Britain’s Got Talent contestant ‘naked man’ Tonikaku for a surprise reveal.
However viewers at home were convinced that Dec was on board on Trixy's performance and that it was rigged.
The last semi-final show also saw a live performance from judge Alesha Dixon.
She performed a mash-up of tracks including Scandalous from her former girl band Mis-Teeq, her 2008 solo hit The Boy Does Nothing and her new song Ransom.
