A CULT horror film has landed a sequel - with its lead star teasing it's 'bigger and darker' than the first instalment.
Fans of It Follows have been left delighted as its long-awaited next chapter is officially on the way.
Maika Monroe, who played teenager Jay in the 2014 film, is reprising her role exactly a decade on.
The disturbing movie, which was directed by David Robert Mitchell, followed the youngster as she lost her virginity for the first time.
However, she became victim to a fatal curse that can only be passed on through sexual intercourse.
Now the second movie - titled They Follow - looks set to be even more scarier than the first.

Teasing what fans can expect, Maika said: "But as you know with the first film, I'm not taking any credit in this, David is brilliant. I mean, he is brilliant.
"The whole movie transformed at that point. It was changing the game in the genre, and he wouldn't ever make a sequel if he didn't think it was going to top it.
"He's very specific, turns down so many… He just knows what he wants to do and what he wants to make.
"I mean, at first I'm like, 'Oh, a sequel? Where are we going to go here?'
