THE shock truth about EastEnders newcomer Maya Hussain is revealed - and Harvey Monroe is in danger.
The mysterious Maya made her first appearance on the BBC soap at the end of last month.
She immediately befriended Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman), bonding over their shared love for Tottenham Hotspur.
However, EastEnders fans have been suspicious of her and her motives from the start, and they will soon find out more about what she's really up to.
In upcoming scenes, Harvey and partner Jean Slater are set for a romantic evening when Maya messages him.
Making an excuse, Harvey meets Maya, who reveals she’s selling her home to pay her debts.
