Love Island viewers stunned as Ciaran makes huge statement about his romance with Nicole
He is the first person in the villa this summer to say it
LOVE Island fans are in shock after Ciaran Davies made a massive declaration to Nicole Samuel as they laid in bed together.
Once the lights had gone out in the villa, Ciaran cuddled up to Nicole and whispered to her that he was feeling “terrified”.
When asked why, Ciaran dropped the L-bomb. He is the first islander to use the L word this year.
And rather than shy away, Nicole told Ciaran she has also fallen in love with him too.
Fans couldn’t believe their ears and flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts on the momentous moment.
One wrote: “No the L bomb!”
Another added: “Not the i love you
A third said: “I LOVE YOU? CIARAN NOOO #loveisland.”
And someone else chimed in: “Saying I love you after 4 weeks of knowing each other???? Nicole and Ciaran are on something!”
Model Nicole and rugby player Ciaran have been coupled up since this summer’s series of Love Island kicked off.
But recently, their romance briefly hit the skids following the arrival of bombshell Grace Jackson.
The islanders gathered together to play a game of Beer Pong on her first night and Ciaran ended up kissing Jess White.
However, it was a later comment to Omar Nyame that left him in hot water with Nicole.
Ciaran had admitted, if he had to choose, he would have snogged Grace – and Nicole was not happy.
“I don’t know what to say…crack on with her…” she ranted.
Nicole – who had previously vowed to stay away from Welsh rugby boys – then delivered the cutting reply: “Comments like that just shows how immature you actually are.”

But within days, Nicole and Ciaran had kissed and made up and they have been going from strength to strength ever since.
In Friday night’s instalment, Ciaran whispered to Nicole amid the sheets: “I’m terrified of you and me right now.”
Nicole whispered back: “Why? What do you mean?”
Cuddling close to her ear, Ciaran replied: “I love you.”
Nicole smiled and told him: “Well guess what? I actually love you too.”
The following morning, a proud Ciaran was seen telling Ayo Odukoya that the “L word” had been said.
Nicole also confessed about the bombshell moment to Jess White.
“I am just so happy. I’m just so happy!” she declared.
