RUTH Langsford is reportedly ready to date again after her split from Eamonn Holmes.
The couple announced their marriage had ended after 14 years in May.
A source told : "At first, she had no desire to start dating again - but she’s beginning to change her mind.
“She hasn’t dated in so long, so has no idea where to start but lots of her friends are ready to help her.
"They’ve suggested dating apps but she’s not keen on that and would prefer to be set up on a date. It’s very scary for her - but she’s allowed to have fun again and live her life."
The Sun has contacted Ruth's rep for comment.

It comes after Eamonn was spotted with close friend Katie Alexander after it was revealed the counsellor "is in love with him".
Divorcee Katie, 42, was seen driving TV star Eamonn, 64, around in his black Range Rover earlier this week.
The Sun revealed the mum-of-three, who he has known since 2015, has recently been spending weekends at his luxury London flat.
Eamonn left his marital home in Surrey after horrified Ruth saw correspondence the pair exchanged on a laptop.

Eamonn treated Katie to a Beyonce concert, Center Parcs and a Manchester United game — while Katie has been seen in his native Belfast.
Eamonn and Loose Women star Ruth left fans and the showbiz world floored when they announced they were splitting after being together for a total of 27 years.
A source told The Sun: "The fact remains that he would still be in the marital home, being cared for by Ruth, if she didn't find out what had gone on behind her back.
"There is a lot still to spill out on what has really gone on during Eamonn's marriage. It will all come out in the wash.
"And even he will raise eyebrows at some of the details surrounding his new confidant Katie, who has told pals she's 'madly in love' with him."
FEARS FOR EAMONN
Eamonn sparked concern this week when he suddenly went off air after falling ill in the middle of his show.
The presenter has been plagued with ill-health in recent years.
He left viewers worried when he disappeared live on-air.
A GB News spokesperson said today: "Eamonn had to finish a little earlier today as he was feeling unwell. He hopes to be back tomorrow.'

Eamonn - who is struggling with chronic pain - had a double hip replacement in 2016, followed by surgery last year, which left him using a wheelchair.
He was seen arriving at an awards bash in a wheelchair last week.
