ALISON Hammond showed off her slimmed down figure while having a workout session.
The presenter, 49, has been a familiar face to viewers since starring in Big Brother back in 2002.
A video re-posted by Alison to her Instagram story shows the star exercising in a gym.
In the clip, she can be seen hoisting a weight up and down while receiving encouragement.
Last July, Alison revealed she had cut out sugar to help her shed the pounds.
She weighed 20 stone at her heaviest and started to lose weight after her beloved mother sadly died in 2020.
