Upon Joey's arrival, as a bombshell, he 'stole' Samantha Kenny - displacing original islander Sam Taylor.
Sam was left single and dumped from the island in an early exit.
Later, Joey shocked Samantha by 'dumping' her to couple with bombshell Grace Jackson.
Upon Samantha's return in Joey's elimination episode, she questioned the former TOWIE star claiming they'd been in a "friendship couple."
She said: "You saying to me we were one of the strongest couples in here and saying that you liked me as much as I liked you but then saying to Grace it was a friendship couple."
Joey replied: "We were in a friendship couple," to which Samantha fired back: "We went on a date, we weren't in a friendship couple, I don't know why you're saying that."
The Essex lad told her: "There was never a spark there."
Like their cousin, Frankie and Demi achieved fame after starring on TOWIE.
