BBC Breakfast viewers have furiously complained after "graphic" scenes were aired.

A report into a botched weight loss surgery played out at 7.30am on Sunday leaving some sickened by the sight.

Viewers were taken into the operation theatre where a woman who'd been forced to live on a liquid diet after £2,000 in Turkey.

Patient Pinky Jolley was seen getting corrective surgery - but some were upset by what they saw.

One wrote online: "graphic surgery scenes this early in a morning... yum."

Another said: "One of the reasons I stopped watching ITV Breakfast News was that, every day, during their ad break, there was one for wart remover.

"I complained but nothing ever got done about it, so I switched to the BBC (didn't see this morning's though). Nobody wants their stomach turned while they're trying to enjoy their cereal and toast."

Surgical implements were used on Pinky's stomach and a camera revealed the damage inside her digestive system.

However, the BBC did offer viewers the chance to change channel as they were warned about the scene beforehand.

Meanwhile, host Nina Warhurst was spotted cheekily "breaking the law" while on a trip abroad last week.

The popular presenter was enjoying a holiday in Hereford with her husband and three children.

Nina posted a series of wholesome snaps and videos from their stay at the Tresseck campsite.

In one clip her youngest child could be seen climbing all over a fence with a warning sign on it.

The sign read: "Warning, do not climb over or go around this fence. River access is only permitted at canoe launch steps.

"Please respect our rules."

Nina jokingly added a song called Breaking the Law by Judas Priest to the video.

In other snaps the mum could be seen sporting a huge grin after a wild swim with one of her sons.

Another clip showed her husband, caterer Ted Fraser, playing cricket with their two youngest kids.
