CHLOE Madeley has revealed she has ‘blow out’ arguments with her ex James Haskell, admitting they've ‘had really hard times’ co-parenting their daughter.

The former couple, who announced their shock split last October after five years of marriage, have continued to remain on good terms for the sake of two-year-old Bodhi.

But, in a new interview, Chloe, 36, confessed she doesn't always see eye-to-eye with her England rugby star ex, 39.

She told : "We have found a way to do it, but it’s not always great. We have really hard times with it sometimes. We also still argue, there’s no denying that and it’ll probably be this way forever.

"But James and I, whatever our disagreements, are adamant that we won’t weaponise Bodhi or use her as a bargaining tool.

"When James and I have had a bad day, for whatever reason, we put it behind us through gritted teeth if necessary. We maybe have a little blowout, but always far away from Bodhi and then we crack on.

"Because, ultimately, we come full circle back to co-parenting harmoniously. That’s the most important thing. Bodhi apart, I’m not interested in things being toxic between me and James.

"I have never wanted to prolong that for any length of time. We went through that, and it’s mostly done.

"Like I say, we do still have tricky episodes but there are many days when we are very, very good friends."

Earlier this year, Chloe told how she fell into a form of situational depression following the separation.

She told  magazine, she explained: “I’ve actually never had depression before and obviously it was very circumstantial.

‘Not a patch on Chloe’ say James Haskell fans as he’s slammed for ‘disrespecting’ ex Chloe Madeley with new video

"So I didn’t realise when people say, ‘I can’t’ do something, you really just can’t. Friends would say, ‘Come over and have dinner,’ but I couldn’t. I couldn’t even reply to emails.

“I really went through the wringer.

"Other than taking care of Bodhi, I wasn’t really doing any real self-care.

"But when I started coming to terms with the decision, because I knew I was never going to change my mind, I eventually started to get excited about what my life would look like.”

Chloe credits her famous parents, Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, for helping her out of the "black hole".

She added: "They made my transition into motherhood and also my separation doable and a positive experience in many ways, so I’m eternally grateful to them.

"I don’t know what I’d do without them.”
