CORONATION Street's Cassie Plummer is in danger after a former murderer returns to the cobbles.
Soap legend and murderer Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) said her goodbyes to Coronation Street in April following her affair with lover Tommy Orpington (Matt Milburn).
Tracy ended up splitting from husband Steve (Simon Gregson) and abruptly left Weatherfield to start a new life in Spain with Tommy.
Since her exit, a heartbroken Steve has tried to move on by going on several dates over the past few months, including former flame Demi.
More recently, Steve has also been growing close to Cassie (Claire Sweeney) and has been considering dating her.
However, will their date be sabotaged after Tracy makes her return to the cobbles?

When Tracy returns, she isn't happy to find Ken hospitalised after injuring himself in an accident at home.
And she is shocked to find out Ken is employing Cassie to be his carer.
Cassie takes offence with Tracy's comments, while Ken is curious why she is back.
Tracy says she's just there to be with Amy (Elle Mulvaney), but Ken senses there might be something else she is hiding - but what is it?

Upcoming scenes will see Tracy boast about her fabulous life in Spain.
But Cassie points out it can’t be that great or she wouldn’t be back in Weatherfield, leaving Tracy fuming.
Corrie fans reckon there might be a murder twist is on the cards for Tracy.
They have shared a theory that Tracy, who previously murdered husband Charlie Stubbs, could kill off one of ex-husband Steve’s romances.
On a Corrie Facebook fan page, one person wrote: “Tracy will return and see Steve's new bird, and kill her."
A second penned: “We all know EXACTLY what Tracy is capable of!”
