On August 11, series three launched on HBO for viewers in the US.

Far removed from Westeros, he portrays Sir Henry Muck, the CEO of a green tech energy company called Lumi.

Kit, 37, has moved on to a variety of other projects since wrapping up the fantasy drama.

This includes starring in How to Train Your Dragon and Eternals, as well as a guest appearance in TV series Criminal: UK.

According to an interview with , it was Kit's own idea to sign up for Industry, having been a fan.

He added: "I've met a million guys like Henry. And I really prefix this with saying I think a lot of private and public school boys get a very bad rap.

"There's many, many very nice guys who are privately educated.

"But I've met some who are entitled in a specific way, which is not obvious.

"Not your creep, or loudmouth. It's more like, as much as they might purport to see the world and all its breadth, they really have a very tunnel-vision view of things."

Fans were also thrilled to see Kit come on board, with one writing on Twitter/X: "Kit Harington just joined the newest season of Industry (one of the best shows you're not watching), and I'm so, so, so grateful."

Another added: "Kit Harington looks good in green! It suits him. The prince that was promised is Team Green! #Industry.";

While a third remarked: "Should I watch industry just for kit harington."

As with the previous runs, series three contains eight episodes altogether.
