The storyline will kick off around Christmas and it’s set to shock fans

Viewers have watched this week as Mandy has embraced her secret career as a financial dominatrix in an effort to pay off her substantial secret debts.

The entire situation is set to blow up in her face when father in law Bear discovers what she’s been up to – and exposes her on the night before her wedding to Paddy.

And after that the Dingles will say goodbye to patriarch Zak Dingle when it is revealed he has died off-screen.

That comes after the tragic death of actor Steve Halliwell last year.

He had played Zak for 30 years since 1994.

But after that there will be a big story centred around Mandy, and Lisa promises it will leave fans “shocked”.

Lisa told : “Things get really, really busy. We’ve got our beloved tribute to Steve Halliwell.

“That’s going to take us all the way through up until Christmas and then there’s an actual storyline for Mandy, which is going to be a real [bombshell], off the back of that.

“That’s all I can say, but the viewers are going to be very, very shocked!”

Lisa recently revealed she had signed a new long-term deal to stay on the show.
