Love Island star unrecognisable as weight ballooned to 20st – before losing a third of his bodyweight in amazing glow-up
LOVE Island fans will be left doing a double take when they see this star from the 2024 series.
The islander, 25, is completely unrecognisable in a series of throwback snaps, which were taken after his weight ballooned to 20st.
But after ditching his beloved fry-ups and takeaways and after taking up running, bombshell Harry Baker dropped a whopping seven stone.
Harry says his dramatic glow up led to him being scouted by Love Island producers for this year's summer series.
The data engineer said: "I was never bullied but I had friends close to me tell me that it was going too far and I was looking very big.
"People that were close to me were looking out for me and were concerned about my weight.

"To get down to how slim I was for Love Island, I did a lot of running and hybrid workouts.
"I do look back at pictures and think my personality and how I behave is different now and not just my physical appearance.
"It boosted my confidence that I had been recognised by a scout for the show. Obviously [when I was] so big, I never in a million years thought I'd do anything like that."
Harry, who entered the villa alongside fellow bombshell Lola Deluca, used to start his day with a big plate of fry up.
He'd then gorge on fast food for lunch - including McDonald's, KFC and chips from his local chippy - before delving into his freezer for dinner.
Often choosing a frozen pizza for his evening meal, Harry would also eat chocolates, crisps and biscuits as snacks.
At his heaviest, the Brummie tipped the scales at 130kg - which is more than 20st.
But after swapping his fry-ups for greek yoghurt, fruit and oats, and tucking into lean chicken, steak and veg for lunch and dinner, he now weighs 13st.
It took Harry, who is 6ft 4ins, three years to reach his goal.
He said: "I used to weigh around 130kg and I wasn't confident in myself or feeling my best so something needed to change.
"I just enjoyed food, which made me put the weight on. I still massively enjoy my food, but now I make different choices and I workout."
Harry weighed just over 15st when he was approached by Love Island bosses on social media in January this year.
After landing a spot on the show, he made it his mission to lose a further 1.5st before entering the villa.
"I think you can go on the show looking however you want, but I wanted to look my best for my confidence," he said.
Love Island All Stars 2025 rumours
Love Island All Stars will be back for its second series in 2025 - and rumours are already rife as to who will be making a comeback this time around.
After the second All Stars series was announced in May, show boss Mike Spender said: "Lots of people have been in contact about it, lots of fun people, from series one onwards.
"We cast it because we knew what was going on behind the scenes of who was getting with who and now even more stories have come out.
"I think we will now save ex-islanders for All Stars."
One rumoured name for the next series is data engineer Harry Baker.
Harry, 25, arrived in the villa as a bombshell in Series 11. He soon 'stole' Grace Jackson after making his debut.
Arriving late in the run, he only lasted for a few days before being dumped alongside Lola Deloca.
Despite the hunk's brief stint, viewers have called for Harry's return.
One upset fan wrote: "Get you in All Stars next", to which Harry cryptically replied by posting 'shrugging' emojis.
"If I went in there and I didn't feel as confident as I possibly could, I may not have been able to feel the right connections.
"I am definitely a lot more confident but, if I'm honest, once you start this journey you're never happy and you're always chasing perfection.
"When I saw myself on TV and in Love Island adverts I felt confident."
Unfortunately, Harry's stint in the villa was cut short and he was dumped from the show after just a few days.
But he has no regrets, despite not finding love.
"I loved being in the sun and meeting new people. I loved the challenges," Harry added.

"I think people who were on the show for a long period of time got fed up with these but because I was on there for a short time I loved them."
Harry has since revealed he has returned to his day job following his brush with fame.
